All orders will be charged freight at the following rates, which will be added to you cart once you have confirmed your delivery address. (Excluding bulky freight products - see below).

Delivery Times and Details:

We endeavour to get your order out within 48 hours. Standard delivery times to each area are:
North Island: 3-4 working days.
South Island: 4-5 working days.
Rural: Allow and extra 1-2 working days.

Anything outside of this due to stock errors or delays, we will notify you within 48 hours of placing your order.

*Any bulky or made to order products will be delivered outside of our normal delivery times and this will be specified on each product page at time of purchase.  Bulky and made to order products are subject to special freight rates and these rates will be calculated after your order is placed.  You will be notified within 48 hours of bulky freight rates and current lead times.

Most orders are delivered by NZ Couriers, Aramex or NZ Post courier Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm. If you have any special delivery requirements please ensure you state these when submitting your order.

A clear physical address and current phone number must be provided for delivery. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Alternatively, you can collect your goods from our Hastings store - 507 Queen Street West, St Leonards, Hastings. Please phone or email to make sure stock is held at this location first as we ship some stock for alternatively warehouses across NZ.
